This service is for large items that you cannot use, recycle, reuse, or take to a recycling centre.

If you want us to collect something that's not in the list when you book, you can ask us for a custom quote, based on the size and types of items you want collected.
You can also pay with a debit card or credit card at a customer service centre. Some some customer service centres accept cash payments.
We'll let you know which day your items will be collected, so you know when to have them ready for collection.

If your rubbish bin is collected from the end of your road, we may ask you to leave your bulky waste there. This is to make sure our collection vehicles can get to the collection point.

If you have booked a collection and want to change the items, you will have to cancel the collection and book a new one.
