This grant funding is open for applications from community groups and projects anywhere in the region.
Launched in 2019 to distribute community benefit funding contributed at the discretion of windfarms in the region (current funding contributed by Airies Windfarm), it is to support applications aimed at improving:
- skills development
- community
- environment
- culture and heritage
- community led tourism
- affordable housing
- community transport
- digital connectivity
- poverty and inequalities
- working towards net zero (climate)
- cost of living
Applications
The fund is now open to constituted groups in Dumfries and Galloway for applications between £500 and £5,000. Full information and guidance is in the application form below.
The deadline for applications is 12 noon on 11 April 2025. Submit completed application forms to:
