Vacant and Derelict Land Property Strategy 2023 to 2028

Our strategy to turn empty spaces into productive uses, for the benefit of local residents.

The Vacant and Derelict Land and Property Strategy sets out how we aim to turn empty spaces into productive uses, for the benefit of local residents.

The Council Plan sets out a vision, supported by our 4 themes each with strategic outcomes.

Our ambition is to be a successful region, with a growing economy, based on fairness, opportunity and quality public services, where all citizens prosper. Working in partnership, with connected, healthy and sustainable communities. The region will be the natural place to live, work, visit and invest.
