Borrow, reserve and renew

We can deliver books to your home if you have problems getting to a library because of limited mobility or ill health. This service is free.

When you register you can tell us:

• which types of books you like
• if you have any special requirements, for example large print or talking books)
• a password that we can use when we visit, so you'll know we're from the library

How to register

To register for this service:

• visit a local library
• email your.library@dumgal.gov.uk
• call 030 33 33 3000

After you’ve registered

Once you're registered we'll let you know when to expect your first delivery. After this we'll deliver a selection of books every 6 weeks. You can ask your delivery person for specific book requests.
