Care Call

Our Care Call service, helping people live independently in their own homes.

Care Call can support you to live independently by installing equipment in your home. We can arrange support in an emergency both day and night. Care Call is open to all ages.

How Care Call works

Care Call works by first installing equipment in your home. We then use this equipment to monitor:

  • emergency button pendants
  • fall detectors
  • smoke detectors
  • carbon monoxide detectors
  • movement detectors
  • door and window sensors
  • chair and bed sensors
  • flood detectors

The equipment allows you to be connected to our locally based team. If you then want to communicate with our skilled operators, you can do so by activating the equipment.
